What do I get with a template?
Each product page describes what the template covers. Templates are made to be edited in a word processor or slide application and printed, and the two products with a ready download show a download button in My Downloads.
Which software do I need to edit them?
Any word processor or slide application will work. We name the two fonts used in each file inside the document so you can install them before editing.
Do the templates include fonts?
No. Each file lists the two font families it uses and where they come from. If a font is missing on your computer, your software will substitute a similar one, and the file will still open and print correctly.
Can I use a template for my clients' work?
You can use a template for your own business documents and for documents you send to your customers. You may not resell, share or redistribute the template files themselves, with or without edits.
Are the company names in the previews real?
No. Every company, person, address and number shown in a preview or sample page is invented. Any resemblance to a real business is accidental.
Which templates have a downloadable file right now?
The One-Page Proposal Outline and the Simple Invoice Template can be downloaded straight from My Downloads after purchase. Other products show a Preparing status in your dashboard until their files are published there.
Can I customise the colours and logo?
Yes. Layouts use a small set of colour and font styles, so changing them once updates every page. Logo areas are sized frames where you place your own mark.
How do I get help with a template?
Write to our support address or call during customer service hours. Tell us the product name and what you are trying to do, and we will reply with the steps.
How will I receive my purchase?
No shipping. Instant digital delivery after payment.
What is your refund policy?
Refunds are available within 30 days from the date of purchase. To request one, email support@ombrivaonlinemediastudio.com.
Is this a one-time purchase?
Yes. Every order is a one-time payment, no subscription or recurring charges.
What will appear on my card statement?
Charges appear as OmbrivaOnlineMediaStud.
Is there a limit on quantity?
Digital items can be purchased once per order.
